1.1. Parcel Shipments

We utilize UPS for all parcel shipments. You can expect reliable and timely delivery services for your orders.

1.2. Large or Heavy Orders

For large or heavy orders, we use LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers of our choice. Customers will be presented with a freight price at checkout, and this amount is the responsibility of the customer.

2. Order Processing and Shipment Timeframes

2.1. Same Day Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders on the same day they are placed, provided they are in stock and the order is received before our designated cut-off time.

2.2. In-Stock Products

All in-stock products will be shipped within 1 business day of order placement. Customers have the option to check the availability of products before proceeding to checkout.

3. Backorders and Delays

3.1. Backorders

In the event that an item is not in stock, it will be marked as a backorder. Customers can still place an order for backordered items, and we will fulfill the order as soon as the product becomes available.

3.2. Shipment Delays

Customers should anticipate delays in the shipment of backordered items. We will communicate estimated delivery dates for backordered products, and our team will work diligently to minimize delays.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order. Freight prices for UPS or LTL shipments will be presented to the customer at checkout.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
